Inside the brain of a Geek: How to open a new instance of an open program

Today’s tip is a quick one. It is a quick way to open a new instance of an open program or folder in the Windows 7 taskbar.  I use this to open multiple instances of Windows Explorer, Excel, Firefox, and Word to name a few.  It is very easy, simply holding the Shift down while left click the program’s icon on the task bar.
